Comments: Bronze plaque affixed to the pillar supporting a statue of a boy holding a folded flag. The plaque reads: "Dedicated to those from Healdsburg who served their country in WW II, and to the memory of those who gave the last full measure of devotion. 1941-1945 [The names of 35 local men who did not return from the war] Statue and Memorial Donated to the City of Healdsburg by the Fred G. Vellutini Family December 7, 1997"
